These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Home Sena platform, including its website, mobile application, and all associated services, features, tools, and functionalities (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Home Sena Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Home Sena,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the end user, customer, or any entity accessing or using the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “User,” “Customer,” or “you”).
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner whatsoever, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, guidelines, or supplemental terms that may be issued or updated by Home Sena from time to time. These Terms shall supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and Home Sena. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform immediately.
1. NATURE OF PLATFORM AND SERVICES
Home Sena operates as a technology-enabled marketplace and aggregator platform that facilitates connections between customers and independent third-party service providers “Service Professionals” for the provision of various home-based and on-demand services “Pro Services.” These services may include, Home cleaning, Bathroom cleaning, Cleaning dishes, Car cleaning, Pre party and after party cleaning, Change and rearrange bedding, Arrange sofa cushions, Arrange table top, Clean and shine mirror taps, Clean appliance exteriors, Dusting and wiping, Laundry, Fan cleaning, Kitchen prep, Window cleaning, Kitchen cleaning and stove top, Chimney cleaning, Sweeping and mopping.
It is expressly clarified that Home Sena does not itself provide the pro services and does not employ or engage service professionals as employees. The platform merely acts as an intermediary that enables discovery, booking, scheduling, communication, and payment facilitation between users and service professionals.
Service Professionals operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for the execution, quality, safety, and delivery of pro services. Home Sena does not supervise, control, or direct the manner in which services are performed. While the Company may undertake reasonable due diligence, including background verification, training support, and onboarding processes, such actions shall not be construed as creating any employer-employee, partnership, or agency relationship between Home Sena and the Service Professionals.
2. ELIGIBILITY, REPRESENTATIONS, AND ACCEPTANCE
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws of India. You further represent that you are not prohibited from using such services under any applicable laws.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of another individual, company, or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, the terms “User” or “Customer” shall refer to both you and such entity.
Your continued use of the Platform shall constitute your express acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments or updates made from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To access certain features or avail services on the platform, you may be required to create a user account by providing personal information including but not limited to your name, contact number, email address, and location details. You agree that all information provided during registration and thereafter shall be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including login IDs, passwords, and verification codes. Any activity carried out through your account shall be deemed to have been performed by you, whether authorized or not.
In the event of any unauthorized access, misuse, or breach of security, you agree to notify Home Sena immediately. Home Sena shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized use of your account, except where such breach is attributable to the company’s gross negligence.
4. BOOKINGS, SCHEDULING, AND SERVICE DELIVERY
The platform enables users to request and schedule Pro Services based on availability of service professionals and time slots displayed at the time of booking. Once a booking request is placed, Home Sena shall provide confirmation through electronic means such as SMS, email, or in-app notifications.
While Home Sena endeavors to match Users with suitable Service Professionals efficiently, it does not guarantee the availability of any specific service, time slot, or professional. The allocation of service professionals may be facilitated through automated systems, algorithms, or operational processes and does not constitute any recommendation or guarantee of performance.
In the event that a booked service professional becomes unavailable, Home Sena may attempt to assign a substitute professional or offer rescheduling options. However, the availability of a replacement is not guaranteed.
You acknowledge that the successful delivery of services is subject to various external factors, including site conditions, accessibility, availability of utilities, and cooperation at the
service location. You agree to ensure that the service location is safe, accessible, and adequately prepared for the execution of services. Any failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of services without liability on Home Sena.
5. PRICING, FEES, AND PAYMENT TERMS
The charges applicable for services shall be displayed on the platform at the time of booking and may include service fees, platform or convenience fees, cost of materials, taxes, and any additional charges as applicable. These charges may vary depending on factors such as service type, location, time, demand, and complexity and may be determined dynamically through automated pricing systems.
By confirming a booking, you agree to pay all applicable charges as displayed. Payments must be made exclusively through the payment methods provided on the Platform, including but not limited to UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or digital wallets.
You expressly agree not to make any payments directly to Service Professionals outside the Platform. Any such off-platform transactions shall be undertaken entirely at your own risk, and Home Sena shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising therefrom.
All payments made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable law or explicitly approved by Home Sena under exceptional circumstances.
6. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS
Users may cancel or reschedule bookings prior to the scheduled service time, subject to the cancellation policies displayed on the Platform. Cancellation fees may be applicable depending on the timing of cancellation and operational considerations.
Home Sena reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in cases of safety concerns, operational challenges, professional unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Home Sena may, at its discretion, provide refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements.
Repeated cancellations, misuse of refund policies, or abusive behavior may result in restrictions on your account or denial of future services.
7. USER CONDUCT AND OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You shall not engage in any conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate towards service professionals or Home Sena representatives.
You are obligated to provide a safe, hygienic, and appropriate working environment for service professionals. Any misconduct, harassment, unsafe conditions, or refusal to cooperate may result in denial of services and suspension or termination of your account.
You further agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, engage, or hire service professionals outside the Platform for similar services, as this undermines the integrity, safety, and business model of Home Sena.
8. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK
The platform may allow Users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content, “user content.” By submitting such content, you grant Home Sena a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for operational, promotional, and analytical purposes.
You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights. Home Sena reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
9. DATA PRIVACY AND INFORMATION USAGE
Home Sena collects, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and usage for purposes including service delivery, customer support, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Home Sena may share your data with third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required under applicable laws. Additionally, anonymized data may be used for analytical and business improvement purposes.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Home Sena. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal purposes only.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Home Sena.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Home Sena does not guarantee the availability, reliability, quality, or suitability of the services provided by service professionals.
You acknowledge that any engagement with a service professional is at your own risk, and Home Sena shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, damages, or losses arising from such services.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Sena, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform or services.
In any event, the total liability of Home Sena shall not exceed the lower of the following:
(a) the amount paid by you for the relevant service; or
(b) INR 10,000 (ten thousand rupees only).
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Home Sena, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
Home Sena reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or legal requirements.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform shall cease immediately.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be [Greater Noida], and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Courts of the said jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.

17. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Home Sena reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Home Sena with respect to the use of the Platform.
Home Sena is committed to delivering reliable, secure, and technology-driven home services by connecting customers with verified professionals while ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust at every step.
