This Refer and Earn Policy governs the referral program offered by HomeSena Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to its registered users. This policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the HomeSena platform.
The Refer and Earn program is designed to reward existing users for inviting new users to the platform and promoting Home Sena’s services. By participating in this program, users agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Participation is available only to registered users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Users may refer new individuals using a unique referral code or link provided by HomeSena. A referral shall be considered successful only when the referred user signs up using the referral code and completes their first successful service booking and payment.
Upon successful completion of a valid referral, both the referrer and the referred user may receive rewards, which may include wallet credits, discount coupons, cashback, or other promotional incentives. The nature and value of rewards may vary from time to time and shall be determined solely by HomeSena.
Referral rewards shall be credited within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to expiry, usage restrictions, or limitations. Such rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Users are expected to participate in the program fairly. Any misuse, including creation of fake accounts, self-referrals, fraudulent activities, or manipulation of the system, is strictly prohibited. HomeSena reserves the right to disqualify users, revoke rewards, or suspend accounts in such cases.
HomeSena reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Continued participation shall constitute acceptance of any changes made. In no event shall Home Sena be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the referral program.
